Real Estate was my second career and Cynthia's first real job after after being a "stay at home mom" for nearly 30 years. Harriette was in on our interview and was kind enough to give us a home at FM. She conducted all of the in house training even taking our groups out and teaching us the proper way to measure the square footage of a house. We would ask some of the dumbest questions imaginable and she never made us feel the least bit bad about it.
